Shipping, Returns & Refund

Where do you ship? How does international shipping work?

– We dispatch our porducts from China to almost any destination across the world.

– All international orders are shipped via our preferred logistic partners to the postal service of your destination country. Carriers are selected based on optimal efficiency in delivery.

– The shipping cost is generally determined by actual weight of goods and packaging. However, on occasion, the cost may be influenced by the dimensional weight of the package, which depends on the size of the order.

What are the constituent elements of the total cost of my purchase?

– For every purchase, there are three cost elements:

(1) The artwork: The price of the artwork is indicated alongside each piece.

(2) The shipping: An estimate of the expenses associated with packing, shipping, and transit insurance will be provided during the checkout process. The cumulative price of these components will be communicated to you before placing any order.

(3) Import duties and taxes: The payment of any applicable duties, taxes, and/or customs fees is the responsibility of the buyer. These obligations must be settled by the buyer directly with the relevant customs authorities, contingent upon the destination to which the artwork is shipped. The buyer must remit any fees directly upon receipt of their shipment, through a separate invoice issued either by the customs authorities or the service provider employed for shipping.
– China-Artwork bears no responsibility for packages held in customs or for any customs duties or brokerage fees owed. If you opt to decline a shipment, China-Artwork will not entertain any form of refund.

When will my order be shipped and delivered?

– Your order will be meticulously handled by our experts and dispatched via an express courier. A personalized shipping quotation will be generated during the checkout process.
– Please allow a duration of 3-4 weeks for the processing and dispatch of your orders.
– Should your order have a longer processing time, we will promptly inform you and keep you updated at every stage.

Is my purchase insured during transit?

– It is the responsibility of the buyer to opt for the acquisition of an insurance policy to provide coverage for the artwork throughout the various stages of logistics. The insurance fee will be calculated during the checkout process. China-Artwork does not provide insurance coverage for your purchase during transportation or at any stages such as packing and shipping.

Do you offer returns?

– Please think carefully before placing an order, as we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds unless item is deemed faulty.
– For items that are faulty or damaged, kindly contact us or send an email to info@china-artwork.com.
– Refunds will not be granted due to shipping or processing times exceeding expectations.
– Should any issues arise with your artwork, it is imperative that you notify us within 48 hours of receiving it. Returns must be dispatched within 14 days. In instances where we are at fault, we will bear the additional postage costs. Items must be returned with meticulous care, using the original packaging. We assume no responsibility for items damaged during the return transit and shall not be held liable.
– Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of its arrival. Subsequently, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the corresponding credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified timeframe.
– SALE ITEMS (if applicable): Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
